This certification is granted by the Great Place to Work® Organization, the global authority on workplace culture, validating Viva.com’s High Trust Culture Workplace. Concepts such as 'collaboration', 'justice', 'community', 'camaraderie', 'team', 'pride', 'integrity', 'fairness', 'caring', 'respect', take center stage in Viva.com Team’s collective input in the context of the Great Place to Work® Trust IndexTM survey, reflecting the work ethic and vibrant culture the Company is creating for its 1,000 employees.
