To accept payments on your phone make sure to own an Android version with at least 8.1 and NFC (Near Field Communication) technology.  For iOS devices, if you are in a country where the solution is supported, you will need an iPhone with iOS 16.7 or higher to accept payments only with your iPhone. If your country does not support this solution, you can use a mini card reader instead. Sign up for a Viva.com account and download the latest version of the Viva.com terminal app . You can then start accepting card payments by entering the transaction details and prompting your customer to tap their card onto the back of your phone. This feature is also referred to as Tap on Phone or Tap to Pay.
