Viva Wallet Holdings announces the agreement with Atlas Merchant Capital for the acquisition of the 100% of Praxia Bank. The transfer of shares is subject to approval by the Bank of Greece. The acquisition of Praxia Bank follows the recent successful completion of Viva Wallet share capital increase (Round C), and is aligned with the company’s strategic development planning.
