Viva.com launches new “Advance Booking Factoring” banking service

Viva.com, the 1st Tech Bank in Europe for businesses, is introducing for the first time in Europe its innovative banking service “Advance Booking Factoring” for hotels and accommodation providers -a working capital solution through payment-linked factoring, specifically designed for small and medium-sized seasonal tourism businesses.

In this context, the service strengthens off-season liquidity in the sector, enabling businesses to timely cover necessary preparation work and operating expenses. The activation process for the Advance Booking Factoring service is fully digital and immediate, through a single online application.

The service is powered by artificial intelligence technology (AI Agent Booking Scheduler), ensuring simplified integration with all Property Management Systems (PMS) and Channel Managers used to manage a tourism business’s reservations. This technological solution organizes and automates deferred booking payments -without human intervention- as well as the factoring process itself.

The new banking service is debuting in Greece, with the rest of the European markets to follow shortly.
